Bulk Hot Melt Adhesive / Glue Pellets
Hot melt adhesive pellets are designed for mass and continuous industrial production. These glue pellets are usually used in conjunction with hot melt equipment such as automatic hot melt machines and manual hot melt machines, as well as used in electronic, packaging, automotive, shoes and apparel industries.
Polyamide hot melt adhesive pellets are made as a result of the condensation reaction between dimer acid and polyamine at high temperatures. The dimer acid with an excellent heat stability gives the polyamide an excellent heat and cold temperature resistance. These adhesive pellets also feature a high curing speed, a wide application range, and can bond both metal and non-metal materials. PA hot melt adhesive is our most popular adhesive, and is available from us in a variety of specifications.
Our PA adhesive yellow pellets all have excellent temperature tolerance, can tolerate temperature from -45°C to 200°C and cure within seconds. So they have wide applications and can bond all sorts of materials, from wood, plastic, metal, ceramic to fabric and leather.
