SWM620 Wheel Loader

Application

The SWM620 wheel loader isused for loading or transporting sands, sandstone, coalresidue, and so on for road construction, environmental sanitation, and thesmall and medium-sized civil engineering, or in the station, warehouses andother places.  It can be combined withautotrucks of 3-5 tons to load and unload goods, and can conduct bulldozing,digging, hoisting and other operations.

Performance Features

1.The wheel loader uses a hydro-mechanical transmission whichcan make full use of engine power andcan have an automatic variable transmission according to the externalresistance.  It avoids power failureof the engine due to the suddenly increased externalload.  The wheel loader can absorb and eliminate the vibration and impact ofexternal load on engine.  It protectsthe drive system and engine, increases the service life, facilitates the operation and achieves higher economical and productionefficiency.

2.The wheel loader uses a centralarticulated frame andload sensing hydraulic steering gear.  The machinecan achieve a shortturning radius and superpositionof the front and rear tracks upon turning (this will ensure safe driving).  The wheelloaderhas the advantages of easy operation on narrow sites, flexible operation, safety,convenient maintenance and so on.

3.The wheel loaderuses four-wheel drive, low-pressurewide base off-roadtires and an oscillating rear axle, so ithassound off-road performance, good trafficability andlarger traction.

4.The wheel loader is equipped with a single-pipe type hydraulic four-wheel brake.

5.The wheel loaderhas a fully enclosed cab and the seats have the functions of vibrationreduction and easy adjustment.  The machine offers the driver a comfortable drive and wide view.
