The polyurethane wheel treads and cat iron wheel centers used in the industrial polyurethane tire wheel are manufactured here at Yulin, so that we can effectively control each production process and reduce procurement costs for our customers. Features
1. Each high quality PU wheel has a high resilience performance.

2. These wheels are known for their excellent wear resistance and small compression deformation.

3. When working in low temperatures (as low as -40°C) or areas where the ground is frozen, the forklift truck is able to drive normally, thanks to these non-slip tires. Our polyurethane wheels for low temperature environments have been patented.

5. Polyurethane wheels are 100% non-gumming.

Our raw materials are sourced from the German company Bayer, and the Japanese company Mitsubishi, and synthesize all polyurethane pre-polymer here in house. We are equipped with a strict assay laboratory, which allows us to ensure the matching accuracy in the production of each polyurethane wheel. In addition, all wheel centers for the electric forklift trucks are produced by us here at Yulin, so that we can guarantee that the polyurethane tread is effectively bonded to the metal wheel center, and will not be degummed through sand blasting, cleaning or drying.
