We try our best to provide less stressful environment in live animal handling phase to improve the pork quality.

  • During lairage, pigs will stop feed to rest for 24 hours. Then they will be showered by lukewarm water to relieve their stress caused by transportation and clean their body.
  • Before pigs get into the corridor, bar code scanner is used to collect the information of them to ensure reliable carcass traceability.
  • The corridor is designed to be wide at the entrance and then narrowed gradually. Starting with 2-4 pigs are allowed to pass side-by-side. With the corridor narrowed at width ranges from 380mm to 400mm, only one pig is allowed to pass and chop back is impossible.
