Application:
The overhead lifting monorail bridge crane is a general purpose crane designed for use in low usage frequency installations, such as machinery manufacturing, assembling and warehousing. It features a relatively low rated lifting capacity and is not to be used for the handling of flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials.

• Overhead lifting monorail bridge crane features a useful construction design while the whole rigidity is strong.
• The lifting capacity of the overhead lifting monorail bridge crane is 1t-20t, its structural span is 7.5-28.5m, the crane classification grade is A3-A4, and the working environment temperature is -25-40℃, meaning that our crane can work without issue between-25-40℃.
• The main beam features a U-shaped steel channel formed by rolling steel plate. The main beam is welded onto a box-shaped solid web girder with the I-beam. The crossgirders are also rolled into the U-slot steel by steel plates and then welded into box-shaped beams. The main beam and the end beam are connected by bolts for easy disassembly, transportation, and storage.
• The entire machine and electric hoist are equipped with safety devices, including trolley buffers, lifting height limiters, stroke limiters, lifting weight limiters, and safety switches. All of these combine for safe and reliable lifting operation.
• There are two operating modes, ground operation and an operating house. The operating house has an open-type and closed-type, which can be divided into two forms according to the actual use. Left-installation form and right-installation form. And has two kinds of entry direction (side face and end face) in order to meet the user's choices in different situations.
• The crane structure is simple for convenient replacement of spare parts.
• The crane is specially made with a lightweight design for small loads and small building height with minimal power consumption. The wheel pressure is low and the technology is capable of great things.
