Automatic Top Suspended Peeler Centrifuge
Series PAUT
Weiying PAUT series automatic top suspended peeler centrifuge is mainly used for solids and liquids separation applications, it can meet the filtration requirements of various industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, fine chemical and food products. The feed pipe, wash pipe, sight glass, ventilation port, and light hole are all configured on the centrifuge cover. The rotating basket, shell and cover of the automatic top suspended peeler centrifuge are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The base part of the peeler centrifuge is jointed to the centrifuge body by welding, and covered with stainless steel layer. The rotating basket, shell and other exposed components are all subject to surface polishing.
- Using PLC control to achieve unattended automatic operation, all processes of feeding, initial filtration, washing, fine filtration and discharging are thoroughly monitored;
- Variable frequency speed control and adjustable centrifugal force, ensuring stable operation;
- The motor is located on the top of the peeler centrifuge and directly linked to the shaft, efficiently avoiding the friction dust pollution brought out by belt transmission;
- Large volume production results in high throughput rate, enhancing the production efficiency;
- Dynamic braking is non-contact braking method, with no brake abrasion dust generated;
- Fully closed structure with silicone rubber or fluorine rubber sealing parts, the inner cavity of the peeler centrifuge is filled with nitrogen for explosion protection;
- CIP (cleaning-in-place) system with spray nozzles ensures that the cleanliness is in compliance with GMP requirements;
- Pneumatic transport of product, clean and sanitary;
- RF admittance control;
- Air-assist scraper is optional for residual cake removal;
- Safe operation is guaranteed through protection measures, including rotating speed monitoring, vibration control, cover opening protection, motor overload/overheat protection, scraper rotation control, safety interlock for scraper and basket;
- All fasteners are made of stainless steel;
- General motor (or explosion-proof motor) frequency converter dynamic braking;
