Flexo Printer
When the paperboard arrives the flexo printer, the scraper system spreads the ink on the rubber roller uniformly. Then the rubber rollers transmit the ink to the forme on the printing rollers and the paperboard is transmitted stably by vacuum adsorption, finally the pattern is accurately printed on the paperboard.
- The drying system can use different color groups to dry the printed pattern with the method of infrared single-group drying.
- The vacuum transmission box uses the method of segmented feeding. Meanwhile, the bottom printing shafts and the suction wheels are transmitted by ceramic wheels. The bottom printing shaft is the same structure as the suction wheel, but this wheel is an axis. Segmented feeding: a bellows is divided into five columns. If it is small cardboard, probably three columns of air door are opened, the top side of the 2 doors will be closed, so that the wind will be concentrated. If it is large cardboard, all air doors will be opened.
