Homogenizing Furnace, using Natural Gas Heater
With the increasing awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection that are happening around the world, natural gas is widely recognized as a clean energy source with high combustion value and causes no pollution. Natural gas has higher combustion temperature compared to the traditional diesel, 15-30% faster heat-up speed than diesel and 20-25% higher energy consumption efficiency than diesel. Using diesel and heavy oil as heating method for homogenizing furnace causes problems such as low heating efficiency, large energy consumption, negative impacts on aluminum rod or other products. Countries in Eastern Europe or Central Asian have abundant natural gas resources. Generally, natural gas is recommended as the fuel for homogenizing furnaces.
Custom-made products for previous customersIn March 2012, we supplied 50 tons homogenizing furnace using natural gas as combustion fuel to a customer from Uzbekistan. Through revisit, we are notified that the homogenizing furnace operates normally.
