Pellet Mill
Description
SZLH series pellet mill is a kind of equipment specially designed to pellet particle feeds. Double motor V-belt transmission is employed for its drive system, which can make animal feeds subject to the same force during granulation, so that the pelleted feeds can obtain uniform particle size. The use of our pellet mill with motor ring die replaceable to adapt to different production capacity and specification requirements can save users’ costs.
LoChamp’s ZELH series pellet mill is mainly applicable to the granulation of poultry and livestock feeds, ruminant feeds as well as aquatic animal feeds.

1. Flexible transmission mode, safe and efficient
Adjustable line speed can be easily achieved by changing the pulley.
Employ double motor V-belt transmission that rotates smoothly, stably and quietly, no need for lubrication.
2. Practical and durable
Compared with gear machines, the bearing of the main shaft is more durable and there is no oil leakage.
The starting current is only half that of gear machines due to the use of double motor, which does little impact on the power grid.
The support bar inside the pelleting chamber and the main shaft are integrally forged to get higher rigidity. The roller holder and the main shaft are integrally processed so that whether it is a new or old machine, the pressure roller is always kept in parallelism with the ring die, so that the production efficiency is always as high as that of new machines.
