Description
High volume exhaust fan, model DJF(C) axial fan opens or closes its shutter through a heavy duty swung drop hammer mechanism, which has a higher air volume compared to other fans. It is applicable for long distance ventilation environments and poultry houses with large occupation density. At present, it is primarily used in animal husbandry and ventilation industries.

Reasonable bell mouth design increases ventilation force to create larger air volume and stable exhaust air volume.

The shutter is added with auxiliary opening mechanism for flexible opening. With reasonable angle for small wind resistance, the efficiency is improved so that it is more energy saving than equivalent products.

The blades are made of Krupp self-cleaning stainless steel through stamping forming, featuring beautiful appearance and no dust accumulation. Specially enhanced fan shape design enables large air volume, no deformation and no breakage. Blades thickness: 1.2mm, surface finish; BA.

The belt pulleys are all made of high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy through die casting, excellent in corrosion resistance and light in weight. The pulley design with three reinforced ribs and sandblasting for surface treatment improve the aesthetic extent and eliminate internal stress, effectively improving its own strength.

The fan bearings all employ French double row bearings with special waterproof design to prevent water from entering the bearings, which have characteristics of high strength, low noise, long service life and maintenance free.

The blades are all calibrated by an advanced computer dynamic balance tester to ensure the smooth running of the fans, lower the noise, enhance the stability and prolong the service life.

All fans employ hot-dip galvanized columns and hot-dip galvanized protective nets to ensure they will not rust during use.
