Working Process
- ① Load the workpiece and fix it with clamps;
- ② Set the production and pick-up time (settable);
- ③ Start the automatic mode, the lower side clamp acts to fasten the coil and moves to the setting area, the upper clamp acts to fasten the coil;
- ④ Analog coil video;
- ⑤ Pre-wrapping of insulation tape;
- ⑥ Automatic wrapping of insulation tape;
- ⑦ Collect finished coils;
- ⑧ Machine reset;
