Horizontal Metal Chip Briquetting Press
The horizontal metal scrap briquetting press is specially designed for foundry and steel shavings, ironal shavings, steel scrap, ironal scrap, short hard steel scrap, heated treated hard steel scrap, tyre steel wire scrap or steel wire of tyre scrap, iron dust, steel dust, steel bead, iron bead, pig iron scrap, electric smelting steel scrap, and other kinds of hard metal scrap, as well as the short & long copper & brass scrap briquette & cake making. This series can cold press steel chips, cast iron powder, copper shot and aluminum scrap in to 3-6kg cylindrical briquettes. With a density of 5.5T/m3, the briquettes can significantly reduce the volume of the unprocessed scrap. These scrap briquettes make it much easier to store, transport and further process the materials. Compared to vertical types, the horizontal scrap press allows the user to press different types of metals without sorting them.
For this series, our designers were able to develop a hydraulic drive that has a low failure rate, high stability and fast running with an ability to work continuously for 24 hours.
