Heating and Melting Equipment

Zinc melting furnaces are used to melt zinc alloys and can be used in conjunction with automatic feeding systems. The furnace is divided into the pre-heating zone and melting zone, making it applicable to the die casting of multi-brand zinc alloys.

Features
  • This furnace is used for melting and holding zinc alloys.
  • The zinc melting furnace is fueled using liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas and light diesel oil.
  • The melting furnace can be designed as opened or closed upon request.
  • The crucible is made of 310 stainless steel, ensuring it has an excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and long service life.
  • The heating cost is 40% lower than traditional heating with oil.
  • Melting capacity: 100-500kg/h
  • A low-speed infrared radiant burner is used for melting with a small melt loss and oxide generation, and the burnout rate is less than 1.1%.
  • With a special furnace structure, high-quality heat insulation material and refractory material, the thermal energy dispersion of the furnace is controlled to ensure the furnace surface temperature remains low, and the temperature different between molten aluminum in the holding chamber and ladling chamber are controlled to within 5 ℃.
  • The automatic feeding device carries out feeding through one-time operation by lifting, opening the furnace cover, then lowering, and closing the cover.
