Applications
The high pressure spray dryer has a variety of different applications, most commonly food and medicine production.
Food Industry: Fatty milk powder, protein, cocoa milk powder, milk powder substitute, oats, coffee, soybeans, peanut protein, sugar, corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, malt sugar, sorbic acid potassium, etc.
Medicine: Traditional Chinese medicine extract, ointments, yeast, vitamin, antibiotic, amylase, lipase, etc.

Features
1. The material is sprayed into a fine mist through the nozzle on the top of tower. Heated air is then introduced to evaporate the moisture. Because of its speed of evaporation, the spray dryer is suitable for heat sensitive materials.
2. Because of different products having different drying technologies and particle rules, there is no single type of spray drying machine that meet all of the different requirements. However, we design our equipment to be as compatible as possible with all relevant industrial standards.
