The spiral dehairing machine features a production capacity of dehairing 400 to 500 pigs/hour with a more than 98% bristle removal rate. The dehairing process will not break ribs or damage pig carcass subcutaneous tissues.
Features
- This slaughterhouse facility features a U-shaped cast board with an interior rough surface hold up and transport the pig carcasses to facilitate the dehairing process.
- It uses two dehairing machines in a series connection. One dehairing machine rotates clockwise while the other rotates counterclockwise for an optimal dehairing effect. No manual intervention is needed.
- Bristle collectors are located on the bottom of the equipment to collect bristles and transport them to the designated location.
- The spiral dehairing machine washes the pig carcasses with clean water during dehairing.
