Steady and safe stainless steel debonerThe deboner enclosure is made of a thick stainless steel and weighs over 2 tons. It will not deform when being carried or installed. It also ensures the deboning machine remains stable after installation, thus reducing costs for replacement and vibration.
Easy-to-wash designing structureThe 220-I deboner features a skid resistant foot pedal to allow for easy access when feeding raw materials or washing the hopper. Even water spilled on the pedal will not cause any safety concerns, as they are slip and corrosion resistant. They are also easy to wash.
Stable operationA holding unit is added at the separating area of the deboner to stabilize it. The holder ensures the deboner operates in a stable manner when the high power motor is running, which prevents damage to the main part.
