After a pig carcass on the conveyor line enters the station, a photoelectric signal signals the start of the working procedure. The file arm and the back positioning system are inserted from the hook, while the back positioning system supports and positions the pig carcass. When the two files begin, the halving process begins from top to bottom, while the equipment accurately tracks the conveyor line to keep pace. After work is semi-complete, the back positioning system will lift, the boring arm retract, and the entire equipment set will be sprayed, cleaned, and disinfected before returning into a waiting state.

This entire process is repeated once the next pig carcass enters the system. A fully automated, continuous operation is achieved thanks to a precise synchronization of the half-machine and conveyor line during operation.
