Combination Machine, RS-40D Fully Automatic Square Can Production Line
The RS-40D combination machine is an automatic production line for making 18L and 20L square cans, with a maximum speed of 40cpm. It adopts cam mechanism to conduct transmission, can conveying and can holding, and the speed is continuously adjustable. By using grip flanging and advanced seaming method, the machine can guarantee a tight seaming result with a superior look. The entire production line is designed with machine joining structure and coupled with control system, thus significantly saving floor space while providing better synchronization performance. A protection device is used to prevent can jamming, making the production process more safe, smooth and fast, as well as guaranteeing the seam quality of the product.
