Stainless steel reducer pipe fittings are usually applied to connect two pipes with different diameters in pipe systems. Our company provides both concentric and eccentric reducers, which are all available with various specifications.

For production of large size stainless steel reducer, two steel plates are placed into corresponding mould for compression molding first by hydraulic press. Then butt welding will be done to attach these two steel pieces together. Through this exact process, the maximum caliber of the seamed stainless steel reducer we could produce reaches 100 inches.

With the whole set of pipe forming moulds with all kinds of dimensions and rich production experience, we are fully capable of implementing cold pressing forming by mold or hot press forming by mandrel to produce seamless stainless steel reducer with varieties of specifications.

Through forging process, we are also able to manufacture stainless steel socket weld reducer or threaded reducer.
