Features

The pump casing has a replaceable abrasion-resistant metal liner or rubber liner. The impeller is made of a wear resistant metal or rubber material.
The pump's outlet position is arranged at an interval of 45 degrees in order to facilitate different installation needs.
The bearing assembly is movable, offering convenience to users for adjusting the clearance between the impeller and front liner insert. This also maintains the transportation efficiency by narrowing the impeller clearance, even if the pump is worn.

ZL series pump wet ends are usually made of a high chromium wear-resistant alloy. If it is used for conveying corrosive slurry, we will replace the liner material with rubber liner to form a ZLR series pump.

In addition, if the conveyed medium is in high concentrations, you can choose the large type ZM-10×8T pump or ZM-10×8R pump.

1. ZL series pumps are suitable for transporting low concentration slurry, and have a metal liner.
