Oscillating Retort
Oscillating retort is an oscillating motion sterilizer that enables products to move in a back-and-forth reciprocating motion, thereby accelerating the heat transfer inside the package, reducing the heating and heat penetration time, and improving the taste of the food product. Apart from its ability to provide uniformed heating effect, the oscillating sterilizer also performs horizontal reciprocating agitation to evenly mix food products.
The oscillating retort is more suitable for high-viscosity foods or semisolid foods (liquid containing soft particles) packaged in bottles, boxes and pouches.
Oscillating retort is applicable to sauces, soups, bottled beverages, baby foods, infant supplements and more food products requiring high processing quality.
