Jet Filter Dust Collector
Description
The TBLM series jet filter dust collector is mainly used for dust removal of the feeding port in the feed production process. It is designed with flat bag and box type structural style. Each bag features a filter area of up to 1m2 so the filter efficiency is pretty high. The bag fast loading and unloading structure design is employed to lower the requirement on installation space so that the upper space can be lower 1.5m in height. It can quickly load and unload filter bags one after another with the door opened.
Application
LoChamp’s TBLM series jet filter dust collector can be applied to dust removal or recovery filtration during pneumatic conveying, which have extensive applications in grain, feed processing, machinery, metallurgy, building materials, cement and many other industries.

1. Equipped with unique injecting device, the jet filter dust collector can better clean the powdery materials accumulated on the surface of the filter bag. Moreover, the injecting device is designed as simple structure to facilitate maintenance.
2. TDFK type high pressure solenoid valve is employed, which has larger deflation and better dust removal effect. The air intake is placed on the dust hopper to avoid direct brushing of the dusty air to the filter bag, so as to improve the service life of the bucket.
