1. At full load, permanent magnet screw air compressor could give off max. free air delivery with min. energy consumption. And when the load is lower than 20%, max. FAD could still be ensured.

2. Our air compressor always runs with 95% working efficiency in different air capacity adjustment speeds.

3. The air compressor features variable frequencies, allowing an effective controlling towards pressure limits. When the upper limit varies greatly to the lower limit, much electricity will be wasted. In order to avoid the impact towards air compressor and power grid, mainly due to frequent starting, a small limit range towards pressure should be set with a min. pressure of 1 bar for traditional fixed frequency air compressor. And when several machines are utilized at the same time, different pressure ranges will be required, so an overall pressure range will be much wider. Our JM series air compressor, however, is one of the variable-speed air compressor, it enables unlimited times' starting and stopping as soon as setting a pressure point rather than pressure limit range. Each 0.14bar's pressure equals to 5% ~7%'s electricity.

Fewer Connections and Direct Driven
Permanent magnet screw air compressor owns fewer connections when compared with other air compressors in same level. It features direct driven, so working parts, like, gears, wheels, belt, and coupling, will not be wore out.

Unique Structure and Wide Adjustment Range
Permanent magnet screw air compressor owns a unique permanent magnetic structure, so less electricity could be applied to compress much air and to expand air capacity range. So when compared with utility-frequency air compressor, our air compressor of this type could save 15%~38% of electricity; and when compared with normal variable frequency air compressor, 5%~10% of electricity could be saved. Air capacity changes larger, electricity saves much more.

JM Series Double Screw Air-End
JM series double screw air-end, developed by colleges and enterprises together, was qualified for national professional testing. Its key parts were all analyzed with strength reduction FEM (finite element method), thus all the parts will be max. optimized: Tooth accuracy and meshing for rotors, screw cross section accuracy, and rotor positioning accuracy, optimal combination for air discharge pressure, free air delivery, and air outlet.

Integrated Axial Structure
Permanent magnetic motor and air compressor's air-end all introduce an embedded structure, they are directly connected with integral structure. So not only does a compact structure, driving elements, like, belt, gear, and coupling are all removed with 100 transmission efficiency and zero transmission loss.

Permanent Magnet Motor
1. Efficient permanent magnet motor (PM motor) is equipped. When compared with other normal motors, our permanent magnet motor has an excellent energy saving performance. Meanwhile, it could maintain high working efficiency even when the rotation speed is quite low.

2. Permanent magnet motor always features higher working efficiency and better energy saving performance than normal motors even at rated rotation speed or others.

3. Since our permanent magnet motor has an integrated structure, it features small size, normally one third of that of traditional high frequency motor. Meanwhile, it effectively saves the space and provides convenience for disassembling.
