Carbide Knives
HENGLIDA also specializes in the manufacturer of tungsten carbide machine knives and blades. These cutting knives are made of different hard alloys, including T8A, T10A, 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, W6Mo5Cr4V2, among other materials. We manufacture tungsten carbide knives and blades in straight, circular, and pointed tip shapes with an array of toothed, serrated, scalloped and other tooth configurations. These blades are ideal for cutting corrugated board, paper, plastic, lithium battery materials and more. With the use of our tungsten carbide machine knives, your slitting machine will require only rare knife replacement throughout the duration of it’s service life.
We offer bespoke machine knives and industrial blades with a thickness tolerance of ±0.001mm and a surface roughness of Ra0.1μm. We will design and produce any custom tungsten carbide knife within 25 business days according to the customer provided drawing or parameters.
