Screw Feeder
The TWLL series screw feeder is designed with equal diameter variable pitch arrangement method of screw blades to ensure the materials in it are discharged as a whole. When working, the material enters the conveyor trough from the feeding section of the feeder or the conveyor, and is pushed to the discharge end from the feeding port by a force generated by the rotation of the screw blades. The screw feeder is efficient that the discharge amount reaches up to 30 tons per hour.
Application
The TWLL series screw feeder is mainly used for the transportation of various powdery, granular, small lumpy materials, but not for materials that are sticky and easy to deteriorate, agglomerate. It is widely applied to grain processing, feed mills, food processing among many other industries.

The inner wall of the screw feeder is smooth so the rate of material residues is low, which can prevent cross contamination of different materials.
