Features

1. This gravure printing press is equipped with dual station web roll unwinding mechanism. The material of print surface is rolled on an air swelling shaft which makes the material rollers higher load-bearing capacity as well as more convenient to reload without the requirements of detaching the shaft. The tension of unwinding system is controlled by a magnetic particle brake which simplifies the structure thus simplifies the operating process.

  • 2. Expanding air shaft is also installed in the dual station rewinding system. The tension of shaft is controlled by torque motor which is more stable than other motors.
  • 3. The unwinding system is equipped with digital automatic tension controllers, which ensures the stability of the tension on web roll rollers however the speed of feeding varies.
  • 4. Pnumatic doctor blade and impression roller ensure the evenness of ink and the neatness of printings.
  • 5. Pnumatic printing cylinder reduces the fluctuation of pressure and the vibration and noise during the production.
