Magnetic Separator
Magnetic separators use a magnet to remove magnetic substances from other materials. At Jiarun, our magnetic separators are able to adjust the magnetic levels to ensure it can remove magnetic substances in a weight range of 0.1 to 35kg. In order to increase the sorting efficiency, the magnetic separator is usually equipped with vibration material feeders to easily transport materials to the magnetic separator in a uniform manner.
When the material is transported to the drum, the fixed magnet in the separator will ensure magnetic materials stick to the drum. When the drum rotates, the scraper blade removes said materials. This separator is also a self-cleaning piece of equipment, ensuring no manual cleaning is needed, and saves users both time and money.
- The separator is equipped with an adaptive belt calibration.
- A rubber scraper blade replaces traditional stainless steel scraper blades, and feature a longer service life.
