1. Power System

(1). The power system of wheel loader uses engines branded with Perkins, Yanmar and etc., whose quality is reliable.

(2). The wheel loader has the advantages of reasonable entire machine arrangement, compact structure and sound starting performance.

(3). The power system has superiorities on piston travel, oil consumption rate, maximum torque, heat dissipation and so on.

(4). The power system uses the power shift gearbox, so it has the advantages of sound rigidity, comfort, easy operation, etc.  This design greatly reduces the drivers' labor intensity.

2.Hydraulic System

(1). The hydraulic system of SWM wheel loader uses the dual-pump distributing and converging technology.  The steering pump preferentially supplies oil to steering cylinder.  When the steering cylinder does not work, the oil flows into the hydraulic system, so the hydraulic system has the advantages of saving energy, avoiding the loss of hydraulic power, and effectively improving the system reliability.

(2). The hydraulic system has a shorter hydraulic cycle time and higher operational efficiency.

(3). The hydraulic load sensing steering system can reduce the operating force, has flexible rotation, and avoids various faults.

3. Features of Vehicle Frame and Working Device

(1). The wheel loader uses the articulated frame so it can achieve small turning radius, flexible operation and so on.  The wheel loader is used for operation on narrow sites.  The loader frame consists of a front frame, rear frame and so on.

(2). The wheel loader uses a low-voltage wide base tire and the rear axle can swing around the center so the wheel loader has sound off-road and crossing performance and can operate on rugged roads.

(3). The working device uses a reversal six-linkage mechanism and consists of swing arm, rocker arm, bucket and so on.

(4). For the rotating and supporting part of operating gear, we replace the sliding bearing for roller bearing to facilitate the operation.

(5). Each pin bush of the wheel loader uses the dustproof structure to prevent dust, prolong the lubrication time of pin roll, and extend the service life.

(6). Both the working device and bucket of the wheel loader have optimization design and the working device can match with various tools.

4. Operator Cab and Machine Hood

(1). The wheel loader uses a totally enclosed luxurious cab.  The cab is characterized by frame structure and strong rigidity.  The wheel loader has the advantages of safety, broad vision, vibration and noise reduction.  The wheel loader provides drivers with comfortable seats.  A horizontal-type air conditioner can be installed under the seats.

(2). The wheel loader uses an exquisite integral instrument that is placed in the front of the operator cab.  The operation is finished within the cab, greatly improving the labor condition and working environment of drivers.  The fuse block, relays and so on are installed within the control box in the operator cab.  All the electric equipment has the advantages of easy maintenance and coordinated arrangement.

(3). The engine hood has a brand new design and uses the local arc transition, so the wheel loader achieves streamline effect and broad vision.  The engine hood is made of special vibration dampening and sound-absorbing materials, so the wheel loader can avoid the easy deformation of traditional thin plates and reduce the noise. The loader’s label has reasonable arrangement and beautiful appearance.

5. Shifting Manipulating System

The shifting manipulating system has the advantages of cost-effective, less land demand, flexible operation, and so on.  It overcomes many disadvantages of the ordinary mechanical shifting system.  This shifting manipulating system features simple structure, reliable quality, and so on and it can facilitate the operation of the drivers.

6. Balance Weight

The wheel loader uses the new filling-type balance weight.  The machine welds the steel frame, evenly mixes the iron powder and cement according to certain proportion, and pours them into the counter-balanced steel frame and moves it backward on the installation site.  The wheel loader can enhance the longitudinal stability, improve the performance of the complete machine, and simplify the manufacturing technology and so on.

The seamed edge uses the arc transition so the wheel loader can achieve streamline visual effect and attractive appearance.  The new filling-type balance weight improves the performance and appearance of loaders.  Being reasonably matched with a machine hood, the wheel loader gives people a brand-new expression, reaches the leading domestic level and wins a good reputation.
