- The first safety protection: The pressure inside the cooker will not raise until the stainless steel lid is closed and fit tightly to the cooker body.
- The second safety protection: The safety stop valve: when the pressure inside the cooker is higher than 5KPa, the safety stop valve will lift. When this happens, the lid can’t be opened due to the pressure inside the cooker. When there is no pressure, the valve will descend, and the lid can be opened safely. When the valve is lifted, this indicates there is pressure inside the cooker and users must be careful.
- The third safety protection: The safety valve: When the pressure reaches 130-180KPa, the gas will be released through the safety valve in order to maintain the pressure at safe levels. When a pressure limiting valve is paired with the safety valve, the pressure cooker features an additional degree of security for safe usage.
- The fourth safety protection: The safety window. When the pressure is up to 200-300KPa, decompression will happen via the safety window in order to remove potential safety hazards.
- The G0108 stainless steel pressure cooker uses a bakelite handle that is easy to open and close, and is exceedingly heat resistant.
- The pressure cooker body is made of a high quality SUS304 food grade stainless steel that is durable and easy to clean, as well as has an outstanding heat resistance.
- Compared to traditional cooking methods, a pressure cooker is 3 to 10 times faster, which means that it saves time, energy and effort.
- The 3-ply redriving bottom is solid and thick, making it extremely durable. It features a fast heat conduction, and also reduces resulting oil and smoke, making sure the food is healthier and tastes better.
- The pressure cooker has a wide range of applications, and is suitable for use with gas stove, electric cooker, ceramic electric cooktop, induction cookers and other cookers.
