Precious metals are known for their outstanding physical and chemical properties, which is why wires made of precious metals are used in a wide array of applications. For example, tungsten wires are used in light bulbs, platinum wires in electrodes, Pt-Rh wires in temperature probes, alloy wires in medical equipment, magnet wires, signal, and power wires in drones, and a full array of other uses.
Iron filings and metal dust pollution needs to be avoided during precious metal wire drawing, which is why we use stainless steel for machine casing. The drawing cones, motors, and other components should be re-designed and re-built according to customization requirements due to the different physical properties of different precious metals.
