Pulping Machine
The pulping machine crushes farm produce such as chili, carrot, onion, tomato, onion, strawberry, and blackberry. These pre-processed raw materials possess decomposed enzymes. The introduction of advanced foreign technology allows us to implement either a single channel or dual channel filtering screen. The screen has a tapered structure that makes the occurrence of clogging much less likely during beating procedures. Our screen is crafted from anti-friction material and has a significantly extended service life. The pulping machine is excellent for removing juice impurities. The material buffering tank is equipped with an automatic liquid level controller that enables online calibration, allowing for the even distribution of materials amongst all associated concentration equipment sets.
