This frequency conversion cable is constructed with either 3 insulating live wires or 3 insulating live wires and 3 insulating ground wires. These live wires and ground wires are covered with inside coating layer, copper band layer, outside coating layer and over sheath. The 3 or 3 3 core construction results in strong voltage impact resistance. Therefore our frequency conversion cable can withstand impulse voltage caused by high speed frequency conversion and provide good protection to the frequency conversion equipment.

Application
Our frequency conversion cable is able to establish connection between frequency conversion power source and frequency conversion equipment as well as supply power in power distribution lines with rated voltage up to 1kV. It is widely used in papermaking, metallurgy, mining, railways, food processing, etc.

Operating Condition
1. Rated voltage U₀/U: 0.6/1kV
2. Maximum operating temperature: 90 ℃ for long-term operation, 250℃ during short circuit.
3. The ambient temperature should be no less than 0℃ during installation and no less than -10℃ for fixed installation.
4. The minimum allowable bend radius should be no less than 15 times the cable outer diameter.

Operating Characteristics
1. BPVVp2p2 and BPvvPP2 cables adopt the 5^th stranded copper conductor which listed in GB/T3956-1997 national standard.
2. This frequency conversion cable features low transmission impedance and good electromagnetic compatibility.
3. It has low operating capacity.
4. Good interference resistance and low radiation.
5. Balanced three-core cable structure results in good transmission ability.
6. The line impedance in shielding layer is no more than 100Ω/m during 100MHz transmission. The ideal shield suppression coefficient is no more than 0.7.
