Baler Machine (Advanced)
The advanced baler machine is suitable for customers with more materials and a daily processing capacity of more than 100 tons. It is used for baling a variety of bulky materials, including paper, cardboard, cartons, books, magazines, plastic films, plastic bottles, straws and more facilitate transportation and recycling.
The baler is designed with a more durable structure and a thicker steel plate to accommodate large tonnage baling. The hydraulic system is driven by a double motor to provide a greater driving force, thus improving baling efficiency. The large-capacity tank inside the hydraulic station ensures the baler runs efficiently during long term, continuous operation. A chain-belt conveyor with a stronger bearing capacity and a longer service life is used to handle large tonnage baling.
The compression is repeated every 15~19 seconds. For different materials, there will be 7~20 bales packed per hour, with a weight ranging from 0.5 tons to 1.3 tons and the density of 500-700 kg/m3.
