The main material of the fire rated door is wood and steel, and we can equip the doors with a steel frame.   The wood is soaked in s refractory fluid to give it an outstanding fire resistance. It can then be processed into various shapes and colors.
  Door leaf: The outer layer is made of a 5mm glass magnesium board and the 3mm thick composite wood board is used as the outer surface decoration material.
  The inner layer is made of a wooden frame and filled with a combination of perlite and magnesium oxide.
  The bonding between the outer and inner layers is done through fire retardant liquid.
  Edge banding: solid wood or PVC edge banding to match plywood

  Door frame: cold rolled steel sheets that have been hot dipped galvanized with a thickness of 1.2mm-2.0mm.
  Door leaf: cold rolled steel sheets that have been hot dipped galvanized with thickness of 0.8mm-1.0mm.
  The inner layer is filled with magnesium oxide fireproof board which is harmless to the human body.
  The bonding between the outer and inner layers is done through fire retardant adhesive.

  The steel door frame and the wooden door leaf combine safety and aesthetics.
  Door frame: cold rolled steel sheets hot dipped galvanized with thickness of 1.2mm-2.0mm.
  Door leaf: The outer layer is made of fire retardant wood frame.
  The inner layer is filled with an environmentally friendly, flame retardant and heat insulating perlite.
