Our tank truck hoses are manufactured in 150/250/500psi models. These petroleum transportation hoses are heavy duty products that can handle all of the harsh working conditions they may be exposed to.

Tank Truck Hose 250 Psi

The 250 psi heavy duty suction and delivery hose is designed for use on tank trucks or tank wagons. They can withstand vacuum systems while transporting petroleum products with up to 50% aromatic content.

Structure
1. Tube: Black, (NBR) high grade of oil resistant nitrile compound synthetic rubber
2. Reinforcement: High tensile textile cord, with helical steel wire; anti-static electricity, with copper wire
3. Cover: Black, wrapped, finish, abrasion, oil, weather & zone resistant CR(neoprene)

Safety Factor: 4:1
Working temperature range: From -40℃ to 100℃

Tank Truck Hose 150 Psi

The 150 psi tank truck hose is the industry standard for tank trucks, in-plant and oil field loading operations. They are ideal due their strength and flexibility. The 150 psi fuel hose can transport gasoline, oil and other petroleum based products without worry. The wide corrugation provides superior kink resistance and flexibility.

Tank Truck Hose 500 Psi

The 500 psi tank truck hose is our most durable heavy duty suction and delivery hose. It can handle all of the same applications as our other tank truck hoses but it can withstand significantly higher pressures and volumes.
