Slitter Rewinder Blades
The slitter rewinder blades are mainly applied to rewinders for slitting of tissue paper. The quality of rewinder blades directly affect the production quality and efficiency. Seton developed circular tungsten carbide and inlay carbide rewinder blades to improve customers' use effect and blades' service life.
As for the selection of cutting tool materials, we can make recommendation according to customers' cutting materials, so as to ensure that customers can use the appropriate knives during production. The common specifications of blades may be not suitable for your machines, and if needed, please send us the samples or drawings. Seton will manufacture strictly in accordance with the design precision.
Material selection
Circular rewinder top blade: 9CrSi, SKD-11, D2, M2, SKH-51, Tungsten carbide etc.
Rewinder bottom blade: 9CrSi, SKD-11, inlay carbide, etc.
- Adopting advanced heat treatment and processing technics, the slitter rewinder blades are wear-resistant, and the blade mirror surface is without burrs.
- Inlay carbide rewinder bottom blades use silver solder pieces to weld alloy part on the tool steel, solid and seamless.
