Spray Granulator
Spray granulator is a key piece of fertilizer equipment that integrates spraying, granulation, and drying into a single machine. It can be used as a standalone unit or combined with other fertilizer equipment.
The spray granulation and drying sections feature a unique lifting combination scoop design with toothed tips. These scoops continuously lift the material, forming an even curtain. The slurry is sprayed into the drum through pneumatic nozzles, adhering uniformly to fine particles within the curtain. These particles then gradually dry and granulate. A motor and gearbox drive the granulation drum at a stable, appropriate speed, while a hot air system provides the necessary heat to accelerate drying and solidification.

The shell is made of Q235 steel with an internal rubber liner. The spray nozzle is made of stainless steel.
