Weiying 3-in-1 filter dryer is a versatile system designed for filtering, cake washing, drying and solid discharge operations, which are handled in a single process vessel. This 3-in-1 filter dryer is an ideal alternative to filtration and drying equipment such as suction filter, filter press, double cone dryer and drying oven, and can be extensively used in pharmaceutical, chemical, agro chemical and food industries.
Our 3-in-1 filter dryer performs continuous operation within a fully closed vessel, it is typically suited for toxic chemical production or other applications requiring full sterility during the entire process.
- Filtration:
to separate solids from liquids, the filter cake thickness is up to 500mm. - Cake washing:
to further purify the filter cake by eliminating the impurity in the mother liquor and removing the residual mother liquor from filtered solids. With the help of an agitator, the filter cake is mixed with clean washing liquid so that the cake is reslurried and washed thoroughly. - Drying:
to dehydrate the filter cake, while the filter cake is agitated during the drying stage, the heating medium is fed into the side walls, bottom and stirrer blades to evaporate the solvents. The vacuum drying method is employed to make the evaporation faster, and the use of heated nitrogen improves heat transfer efficiency.
- Energy saving: low motor power (high speed ratio of gearbox: l=46.3)
- Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) system, steam sterilization (122℃)
- The gap between bottom plate and vessel is sealed by means of dual-channel O-ring, the sterile inner structure of vessel is concise, no dead corner, conforming to the requirements of GMP
- Reduced labor intensity, without product contamination, fully compliant with the GMP guidelines
