The meat flattener is widely used in the food processing industry for poultry, beef, pork, fish and cheese production. The food production equipment can press and flatten food products to a width less than 30 mm.

Use

Fresh or frozen meat is flattened by passing through two belts rolling towards each other until the product reaches the intended thickness. Flattened finished products can then be more easily cooked from their frozen state.
This device is commonly used by food producers to manufacture chicken schnitzel and fish fillets.
The meat flattener is widely applied for all poultry, meat, beef, fish, potato, and cheese products with thicknesses less than 30mm.
