Anchoring hydraulic power unit is installed in ships and can be used as an oil motor to supply power for hydraulic anchor windlass.
As a complete system, the stable operation of the hydraulic power unit relies on the good cooperation among components. So we consistently improve components combination by a large of trials in order to reduce the probability of appearing fault.
The quality of oil has a critical effect on the operation of anchor windlass, such as solid particles are the most common pollutant which may affect oil quality. In order to prevent hydraulic manifold from being polluted by filings and dusts, we usually deburr and clean the hydraulic manifold after completion of the production. Besides, in order to prevent hydraulic manifold from being polluted by air dusts, we usually choose to plug every ports by using dust proof caps. We also will wash the interior of pipes and ports in order to remove incrustation, filings, oxide and other impurities before assembly. Thanks to these measures, our anchoring hydraulic power unit can keep the operation stable and accurate for a long time.
