Even after harvesting, fruit and vegetable metabolisms are still functioning, which can form a layer of fog on packaging. This effects both the aesthetic, and runs the risk of a faster food degradation. Because of that, we added a fogging resistant agent to the packaging bag to prevent the formation of water droplets and moisture inside the bag, and thus, extend the food’s shelf life.

Fogging resistant material is often classified as PE, PVC, PVDC, PP and other materials, and bag material selection is extremely important. PE and PVDC are suitable for packing produce and meat, and PVC is great for produce, but not for greasy foods.
