Frozen Meat Cold Storage
Frozen meat cold storage is a scientific solution for preserving the perishable meat. Meat foods lose their value of usage due to enzyme decomposition, oxidation, microorganisms growth and reproduction. Freezing can inactivate enzyme decomposition, slow down oxidation, and stop the growth of microorganisms, enabling the meat quality to be maintained for several weeks or even several months.
