Features of PCBN Inserts, Cutting Tool Holder
1. Apart from ISO PCBN insert and solid PCBN insert, we develop PCBN insert of various specifications with high processing precision and a long service life.
2. The design of cone shape or V shape bottom can facilitate the clamping of blade. It can guarantee the clamping precision and stability of the insert and tool holder.
3. The PCBN insert and roller tool holder replace grinding with turning. The work efficiency can be improved by 5 to 10 times.
4. It can realize dry cutting without cutting fluid, so they can avoid environmental pollution.
Application
The PCBN insert and roller tool holder are used to process roller of various materials, including hardened steel, grey cast iron, cold hard cast iron and high temperature alloy.
