PE Insulated Power Cable 10kV-35kV (Copper Core, Aluminum Core)
This PE insulated power cable is manufactured in strict compliance with the GB/T14049-2008 standard. Besides, we can also design and manufacture it according to IEC60502 or other standards upon request.
Operating Characteristics
1. Rated power-frequency voltage U0/U : 10kV, 35kV
2. Maximum operating temperature: 75℃ for HDPE insulated overhead cables and 90℃ for XLPE insulated overhead cables.
3. The short-circuit time cannot exceed 5s and during short-circuit, the maximum allowable temperature of the conductor is as followed: 150℃ for HDPE insulated overhead cables, 250℃ for XLPE insulated overhead cables.
4. The ambient temperature should be no less than -20℃ during installation.
5. Bend radius: no less than 20 times the cable diameter for single-core cable, no less than 15 times the cable diameter for multi-core cable.
