Thermocouple alloy has features of high thermal electromotive force, linear relationship between temperature and thermal electromotive force, long-term stable thermal electromotive force, good uniformity, strong oxidation resistance, etc. This alloy is widely used for producing temperature measuring element in national defense, scientific research, chemical industry and other departments. Our thermocouple alloy has high precision thermal electromotive force value to meet almost all the customers' needs.

Our company owns the manufacturing process of K, J, T, E, N, KCA, KCB, R, B and all the graduations. And we continuously improve the manufacturing process and smelting technology in the years of working experience, making the accuracy and stability of the thermocouple alloy better and better.

OHMALLOY has a long-term supply of cored wire specially used in the manufacturing of armoured thermocouple cable, with the conventional specifications of 3.5mm, 3.8mm and 4.0mm. We can also produce bared wire with a thermal electromotive force higher or lower than the normal value based on customers' requirements. The K type thermocouple alloy can be pulled up to 0.05mm.

Meanwhile, we can also manufacture thermocouple bar and strip. The bar has a diameter of 3mm-12mm, and the strip has a thickness of 0.05mm-1.5mm and a width of 3mm-200mm.

OHMALLOY Material offers alloy materials with custom made alloy products, like resistance alloy wire, alloy bars, alloy rods, alloy strips, and sheets. We provide alloy strips with thicknesses ranging from 0.01mm to 3.5mm, alloy wire with a diameter range of 0.009mm to 12mm, alloy rod over 5mm in diameter, and alloy sheet with widths under 1000mm. Our factory is fully equipped with a casting and melting furnace to fully control the quality of the materials.
