Tungsten
Tungsten is a fragile metal with a high melting point of 3,422ºC. Here at Luoyang Sifon, we use tungsten powder as the raw material needed to produce different types of tungsten products to meet customer needs, including tungsten material, tungsten sputtering targets, tungsten crucibles, tungsten boats, tungsten wires and other products. We will do everything possible to meet customer requirements in everything from product specifications to procurement quality. Our tungsten targets have a purity of 99.95%, with a density range from 18.8 to 19.25 b/cm3. These targets have a homogenous structure and grain size. Due to the high melting point, plasticity, low expansion coefficient, resistivity, and thermal stability, pure tungsten and tungsten alloy targets are widely used for semi-conductor integrated circuits, surface monitors, solar energy photovoltaic and X-rays.
Our tungsten sputtering targets have a high purity, and the film formed using our sputtering targets has a high electrical conductivity, which reduces the generation of particles to the greatest degree during the manufacturing process. This purity is up to 99.95%, and provides customers with a high sputtering rate in order to increase productivity.
