The hollow fiber membrane is engineered with a pore size of 0.1μm, which helps achieve high precision filtration, thereby producing high quality and clear water. - No Sludge Cake and Pore Blockage
The MBR membranes are cleaned continuously by air flushing, significantly decreasing membrane blockage caused by sludge that is attached to the membrane pores. - Permanent Hydrophilicity
Through special hydrophilic treatment, PVDF hollow fiber membranes are featured by permanent hydrophilicity. High water flux can be guaranteed even if the transmembrane pressure difference is relatively low. - Easy Cleaning
The hollow fiber MBR membrane can be cleaned by using multiple methods, such as backwashing, air flushing and chemical cleaning to efficiently remove contaminants. - Excellent Chemical Resistance
The PVDF hollow fiber membrane has excellent resistance to sodium hypochlorite, acid and alkali, especially alkali resistance.
