Oil Fired Hot Air Generator / Heat Exchanger
The RYL oil fired hot air generator is a heat exchanger that burns diesel, heavy oil, and bio-oil as a heat source. There are two kinds of RYL industrial boilers - direct burning and indirect burning. A direct oil fired hot air generator will burn oil, reaching a maximum output temperature of 600℃ (1,112℉). An indirect oil fired hot air generator will introduce clean hot air into the dryer after heat transfer, reaching a maximum output temperature of around 300℃ (572℉). The choice of direct or indirect type of heat exchanger depends on the user's raw material.
When the output temperature reaches a determined value, the oil fired burner automatically shuts off or reduces to a small flame. The heat exchanger is from the Italian brands Riello or Unigas.
