Handheld cleaning head
With a QBH interface paired with a continuous fiber laser, it provides high-power density output for rust removal in seconds. Its lightweight, ergonomically designed grip supports 360° multi-angle operation, easily tackling complex structures like gear walls and weld blind spots. Built-in preset programs allow for one-key parameter switching, boosting cleaning efficiency by over 5 times compared to traditional sandblasting.
Touch screen
Provides a high-resolution display interface, supporting real-time parameter monitoring and operational feedback to ensure precise control over key parameters such as laser power, frequency, and energy. It features built-in multi-language options (e.g., Chinese, English) to meet global user demands and lower the operational threshold.
Water cooling circulation system
Features a dual-channel water cooling design with a high-flow centrifugal pump (≥60L/min), capable of reducing the temperature of core components from 80℃ to 25℃ within 30 seconds. It supports continuous 8-hour full-load operation of the laser without power attenuation. Real-time monitoring of water temperature, flow, and pressure triggers automatic alarms and shutdown protection in abnormal conditions.
Protective lenses
Made from JGS1 quartz or ZnSe zinc selenide, with light transmittance ≥99.8% and laser damage threshold >15J/cm². They are suitable for high-power equipment above 2000W, reducing energy loss. Double-sided anti-reflective coating reduces reflectivity to below 0.2%, preventing secondary light pollution.
