Valveless Gravity Water Filter
Application
(1) The valveless gravity water filter is used for side filtration treatment of circulating cooling water in the petroleum industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, electricity industry, petroleum refining industry, light industry and textile industry.
(2) The device is used to purify the surface water and the removes iron and manganese within underground water.
(3) The valveless gravity water filter is installed for filtration of water plants in cities and rural towns.
(4) The device removes suspended solids from industrial wastewater, for the biochemical treatment of organic sewage and the subsequent filtration after the treatment of secondary sedimentation tank.
Design principle
Firstly, the raw water enters into the main part of the valveless gravity water filter, then the residue like the oil residue and suspended solids is be removed separately when the raw water flows through the filter material layer, finally, the filtrated water flows away from the main part of the device. When the filter material is used in a long time, the filter material gap is blocked by the suspended solids, thus leads the decrease of the filtrating speed and the increase of water level of outlet pipe. And just in that time, the siphon system functions. The filtrated water back washes the filter material automatically, the muddy water flows through the outflow pipe and the filtration material enters into the next recycle.
